Responsibilities

  • Provide supporting analysis of industry overview, target market analysis, competition analysis, and opportunity.
  • Provide sensitivity analysis of market share expectations, competitive advantages under various scenarios.
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with both internal sectors (eg Tourism) and external specialized providers.
  • Provide daily industry insights on technology, network, and fleet plans in the airline industry.
  • Develop short, medium, and long-term strategy in collaboration with Senior Manager Airline Deployment & Operations.
  • Develop KPIs and set targets for strategic initiatives.
  • Track and monitor progress and perform periodic reporting and corrective action as needed.
  • Develop route structure based on markets to serve, schedule, frequency, and target customer segment in collaboration with Senior Manager Airline Deployment & Operations.
  • Develop a plan for alliances, partnerships and codeshares align with service entry and growth strategy in collaboration with Senior Manager Airline Deployment & Operations.
  • Source new state-of-the-art solutions, innovations, best practices, and sustainability policies.
  • Align cross-workstream interdependencies with other NEOM workstreams with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure overall service effectiveness.
  • Develop synergies between NEOM airline and NEOM airport to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with key strategic partners and airline operating partners.
  • Review and support administrative-related tasks for the entire sector.
  • Provide guidance on organizational reporting and monitoring.
  • Develop and conduct RFP’s related tasks.

Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years in the Aviation industry.
  • Exposure to global aviation standards with GCC / KSA experiences a plus.

Knowledge/skills

  • Knowledge of airline network planning and revenue management.
  • Knowledge of the structure of different Industry areas and airline needs.
  • Knowledge of KSA and Middle East airport market characteristics and needs (incl. regulatory framework).
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge including business and financial acumen.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
