The Digital Technology Analyst (e.g. business analyst) operates as the main digital content liaison towards one or multiple business clients within the ENOWA value chain. It has a strong understanding of the actor’s business needs/requirements and can support the translation of these into the right digital solutions.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

In line with the business and digital strategy of ENOWA, the successful candidate will:

  • Acts as the main liaison, and customer success manager to 1 or more business clients within ENOWA.
  • Take ownership of that part of the digital portfolio that belongs to your business clients.
  • Understand & challenge business requirements, provide consultancy advice and translate requirements into working digital solutions.
  • Working in an Agile context, drafting use cases/user stories/epics.
  • Be an active member of product teams delivering digital solutions to your clients.
  • Continuously seek ways to further improve the digital solutions offered to your client base.
  • Participate (if required) in showcases contributing to MVP and analytical product evaluation.
  • Collect and analyze organization effectiveness measurements across projects and digital/business units.
  • Maintain measurement relevancy by collaborating with partners to understand their needs.
  • Continuously implement new processes and tools to automate reporting capabilities.
  • Provide (if required) generic support for the continuous improvement of the Digital & AI Department.
  • As project manager manage small to medium size digital initiatives.

Background, Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • + 5 yrs experience in the role of business analyst, and customer success manager.
  • Proven experience in project management and working in an agile team setup.
  • Experience in analyzing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in managing relationships with internal business customers.
  • Specific experience working in Utility Sector especially Energy or Water is a huge plus.
  • Relevant experience with stakeholder management.

Knowledge

  • Proficiency in the relevant analytical products and assets.
  • Experience in analyzing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving and detail-oriented skills.
  • Knowledge of project management technics (incl Agile).
  • Knowledge of Quality Standards/Procedures.

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success, possibly backed up by a positive referral.
  • Relevant advanced certifications from top-tier companies/education platforms.
