Build and maintain relationship with key government entities such as Ministries, Authorities and other relevant third parties through effective communications and stakeholders’ management to support them in realizing the KSA Vision 2030. Advance E&W Hydrogen and Green Fuels mission and its role of being a national champion.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement

•             Develop the stakeholder management plan including identifying the key stakeholders and the type of communication needed for each stakeholder

•             Develop and maintain the relations with and government entities on E&W Hydrogen and Green Fuels strategic direction and objectives to ensure alignment on objective

•             Advise, support and guide government entities such as Ministries, Authorities and other relevant third parties and disseminate best practices towards implementing E&W Hydrogen and Green Fuels requirements

•             Maintain regular communication with government entities and other relevant stakeholders to advocate the policy draft and secure buy-in of the same

•             Support the government entities with programs development and cooperation with other countries such as the German-Saudi hydrogen cooperation

•             Lead specific stakeholder outreach initiatives, dialogue, and other forms of engagement to understand key concerns and issues

•             Develop and deliver presentations to relevant representatives of Ministries, Authorities and other relevant third parties

•             Ensure proper E&W representation with regards to other relevant parties through meetings facilitations and effective communication

Reports & Documentation

•             Provide regular, timely and accurate status updates to internal and external stakeholders

•             Document and store the stakeholder engagement related information by conducting periodic sessions to determine the relevant content to be documented and update the archives in a timely manner

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related business studies
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in project management
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to enable professional discussions with governments/stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, project management, time-management, logical reasoning, and numeric skills
  • Saudi Nationals are strongly preferred
  • Ability to influence others
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modeling abstract problem solving
  • Strong interest in renewable energies, and energy carriers
