Job Description

  • Provides direction to NEOM Project PMC organization with respect to implementation of NEOM Projects Planning and Schedule, Progress Measurement Plans and Procedures
  • Supervises and responsible for Long Range and strategic Planning activities for NEOM Projects including Major commodity demand forecasting and Manpower requirements.
  • Audits PMC compliance with NEOM Projects Planning and Scheduling Plans and Procedures
  • Responsible for the update of NEOM Planning and Scheduling Procedures
  • Generates the Projects Level 0 and Level 1 Master and Milestone Summary Schedules based on PMC and NEOM management inputs
  • Assists the NEOM Project Directors in providing independent evaluation / recommendations of Contractor Baseline Schedules
  • Participates and monitors the PMC Schedule Risk Analysis workshops and serves as primary reviewer of the PMC Quarterly Schedule Risk Analysis Report.

Job Requirements

  • 15 years planning experience in total in Capital Construction Projects Planning
  • Proven track record of experience as a Senior / Lead Planner or similar role with Hands on experience with various schedule management applications (expert in primavera / project)
  • Understanding of commodity quantity unit rate analysis with respect to planning and forecasting
  • Implementation of Progress Measurement Systems for Engineering, Procurement, Construction
  • Experience working in both an Owner’s and PMC Organization
  • Excellent communication skills with multiple levels of Management
  • Team player with ability to lead a multinational, multi-dimensional organization
