Megacities are urban areas with a population of over 10 million people. They are home to a significant portion of the world's population, and they play an important role in the global economy.
Starting in 2020, there are 10 megacities in presence. The biggest of these is Guangzhou in China, with more than 45 millions people. And the last city in our list is New York city with 22.4 millions.
