Manage building operation and create a safe working environment help with planning and realization of construction or during renovation annual budget management and cost estimation management of construction projects provision of personnel services – efficiency and speed of staff active participation in conferences, seminars and workshops.
Offer
Fully payed: accommodation, meals, work clothing, flight ticket, medical and social insurance 30 day of vacation visa sponsorship salary in net end of service bonus contract for 2 years, 3-5 years preferable.
Requirements
University degree in facility, real estate management or similar Fluency in English Ideally 5 – 10 years of experience in similar position experience in project management start immediately or August/September Arabic is an advantage willingness to relocate good organizational and communication skill.
Salary: 7000 – 8000 EUR per month.
