Jeddah Economic Co., Ltd., has developed the Kingdom city in Jeddah. The project will include the Kingdom Tower, which is more than 1,000 meters in height and occupies an area of approximately 5.3 million square meters to serve as an attractive urban landmark for business and tourism.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired the Cabinet‘s session on Tuesday afternoon at NEOM city in the Tabuk region.
The founding board of the NEOM project announced the appointment of Eng. Nazmi Al-Nasr as CEO of NEOM, which was the interim president of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).
The decision followed the appointment of Klaus Kleinfeld, the former chief executive of the project as an adviser to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

Italian construction company Salini has announced plans to join NEOM project and expand into the Middle East, which includes project contracts in the Gulf, especially Oman, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
A delegation of NEOM officials visited the University of Tabuk, and during the visit, they were briefed on the scientific and academic programs offered by the university in the fields of engineering, computer and management and studying the outputs of these specialties.
