NEOM has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Electronic and Mental Sports Federation (SEFMA) as part of its efforts to become a global e-sports capital and international tourist destination. The signing ceremony took place in Riyadh as part of the launch of the new e-tourist visa.
NEOM is sponsoring for the first time this year the celebration of the Kingdom's 89th National Day under the slogan “Himma to the Summit” in NEOM, in cooperation with the districts of Al Badaa and Duba, as part of the company's social responsibility and ambitions aimed at the local community.
Saudi NEOM announced the conclusion of contracts related to the construction, financing, operation and development of the first residential complexes of the residential area, which was designed to accommodate 30 thousand people who will move to NEOM during the coming period to build the different areas of the project.
During the meeting, Al-Nasr affirmed that the second phase of the strategy for the "NEOM" project will be achieved by the end of 2019. The project will target 1 million residents and 5 million tourists by 2030.
Rehabilitation of dreamers from the area of NEOM and make them partners in the development process by sending them to the world's top universities to be part of the entity NEOM.
Al Nasr said the first phase of the project will include the construction of the NEOM Bay, which includes tourist sites, hotels, residential homes and offices for major companies,
At its last meeting, chaired by Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime minister and chairman of the Public Investment Fund, the Constituent Assembly approved the strategic concept of the capital master plan for the region of “NEOM Bay “, the first populated area to be developed in NEOM.
