Creating a launchpad for the latest in adventure sports will leverage NEOM’s natural assets to attract everyone from the world’s best athletes to the first-time recreation adventurer. The successful operational delivery of NEOM’s natural and manmade assets is therefore essential to achieving the vision and mission of NEOM Sport. Our adventure sports asset portfolio will be a fully adaptive and sustainable offering, catering to demographics across a residential and tourist population.

We aim to deliver a world-class adventure environment across 30+ adventure sports, ensuring NEOM will be a global destination. The role of the Adventure Operations Lead/Analyst is integral to the delivery of this adventure sports vision.  As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and put your problem-solving skills to work.

You will both learn from and interact with a variety of internal business partners across all areas of NEOM and external operators, providing you with excellent exposure to this world leading project.

As an Operations Lead, your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Working with industry experts, you will lead the development of a world-leading adventure sports governance structure for NEOM. Ensuring compliance with global regulations governing the operation of Adventure Sports on offer within NEOM.
  • Provide direct support to the operations team to ensure governance to the highest international standards of safety and operations
  • Maintain frequent and direct interaction within NEOM Sports Team.
  • Represent the Adventure Sports Team internally as well as NEOM externally in industry working groups and client meetings
  • Developing and delivering information against the sector strategy to maximize client service, efficiency, risk management, and team engagement
  • Add value through the implementation of improvements to industry standards.
  • Communicate with National Federations and base economy organizations, across a variety of Adventure Sports to set a benchmark for safety, learning, and customer experience.
  • Actively participate in the development of the Adventure offer across NEOM
